AV Studio offers a variety of Pilates & Barre classes throughout the week. Week at a glance schedule is available at the link below and all classes can be booked online via the "Book Online" tab.

Additional Private Pilates Hours may be available upon request.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a dynamic and effective workout performed on a moving spring-loaded apparatus to build resistance to traditional Pilates exercises. Reformer Pilates focuses on core strength and proper muscle engagement to improve athletic performance, back pain, injury recovery, posture, weight loss, balance, and bone density. 

 

Available as Private Pilates, Duet Pilates, or Triple Pilates. AV Studio also offers Beginner Reformer Pilates classes for those new to the reformer. 

Must have experience on Reformer to jump into Group class.

Reformer Barre

Our Reformer Barre class combines Barre and Reformer for a fun and effective workout.  

Reformer Sculpt

Reformer Sculpt classes are traditional Pilates Reformer workouts with the addition of hand weights to increase strength training and heart rate throughout the work out. All Reformer Sculpt classes run 45 minutes and are perfect for someone looking to tone up.

Must have Reformer experience to join. 

Jumpboard

Jumpboard classes utilize a padded plate that replaces the foot bar on the reformer and provides an excellent and non-weight bearing method to increase heart rate. The jumpboard workout is safe and much easier on the joints than running. 

Must have Reformer experience to join.

Barre

Our Barre classes are group classes that combine elements of Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates for a low-impact high-intensity workout designed to strengthen the body.
