Schedule

AV Studio offers a variety of Pilates & Barre classes throughout the week. Week at a glance schedule is available at the link below and all classes can be booked online via the "Book Online" tab.

Additional Private Pilates Hours may be available upon request.  

Class Descriptions

Studio Policy:  All clients new to the reformer must complete 2 private hours of training before joining a group class. AV Studio offers private hours through our New Client Special or at a reduced rate when training with an apprentice.  

 

Please note AV Studio requires a 12 hour cancellation notice for a full refund.

*If a group class only has one client registered up to four hours before the scheduled start time, the client will be contacted and offered a generous 30-minute private session at the group rate or, the option to purchase a private hour. If we are unable to make contact with the client, the default is a 30 minute private session.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a dynamic and effective workout performed on a moving spring-loaded apparatus to build resistance to traditional Pilates exercises. Reformer Pilates focuses on core strength and proper muscle engagement to improve athletic performance, back pain, injury recovery, posture, weight loss, balance, and bone density. 

 

Available as Private Pilates, Duet Pilates, or Triple Pilates. AV Studio also offers Beginner Reformer Pilates classes for those new to the reformer. 

Must have experience on Reformer to jump into Group class.

Reformer Barre

Our Reformer Barre class combines Barre and Reformer for a fun and effective workout.  

Reformer Sculpt

Reformer Sculpt classes are traditional Pilates Reformer workouts with the addition of hand weights to increase strength training and heart rate throughout the work out. All Reformer Sculpt classes run 45 minutes and are perfect for someone looking to tone up.

Must have Reformer experience to join. 

Jumpboard

Jumpboard classes utilize a padded plate that replaces the foot bar on the reformer and provides an excellent and non-weight bearing method to increase heart rate. The jumpboard workout is safe and much easier on the joints than running. 

Must have Reformer experience to join.

Gutz & Buttz HIIT

This interval based workout is sprinkled with intense bursts of cardio and focuses on strengthening the core and glute muscles. Participants will learn to isolate and activate muscles, find the “burn,” and may even win some prizes! Be prepared to leave sweaty and energized. 

Stretch

An hour of lengthening both on the mat and utilizing the resistance of the reformer. 

Barre

Our Barre classes are group classes that combine elements of Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates for a low-impact high-intensity workout designed to strengthen the body.
